This weeks episode dives into home brewing. Here are some pictures from the day!
This is what it looks like right now, fermenting. But the cooler is blowing a lot more bubbles. The carboy is full of the wort we created using hops, liquid malt and grains made to mash.
From the mixing pot into the carboys. Pure wort. You want sugar water with a stroooooonnngg aftertaste? Have some!
Throwing hops into the boiling mash that we're trying to turn into wort.
Stiring the mash with the liquid malt in preparation for the hops
It's exactly what it looks like. Teabagging grains to get the mash. Weird grunting noises may have occurred.
After the carboys were filled with the wort, this was the leftover goop in the pot. It looks exactly like what you think it is. Can't say if it tastes like it.
